REFUND POLICY

We at Target Solutions LLC. believe in customer satisfaction and have great importance for it. If you are not satisfied with our services, let us know and we will try our best to resolve your problem at the earliest with highest priority. But even then if you are not satisfied,Target Solutions LLC. know as TARGET SOLUTIONS LLC offers a full refund to our customers, if refund request is made within 30 days of payment for our package. Subject to (EULA) we will retain credit/debit processing charges and services charges. After 30 days of product/service purchase payment there will not be any refund request approved. There will not be any refund request approved for Instant pack and for Monthly pack the refund request period will be 7 days from the date of payment. The refund process usually takes 2 weeks and at times would take one month during peak season from the date of the actual refund requested. TARGET SOLUTIONS LLC Managed IT Services will be provided to you and every customer with Target Solutions LLC. once the payment against your product purchase is confirmed and the first technical support is provided with-in 36 hours of payment. Based on your subscription the product will be delivered, periodic technical support is provided and the appointment for that will be scheduled by the customer support department.
